What is your vision for Knoxville 10 years from now?

I would like to see Knoxville become known as an outdoor, family-oriented, cultural hub.

What is Knoxville's Best Kept Secret?

Downtown Knoxville has so many restaurants and events to attend.

What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?

Improve public transportation and reduce the homelessness population.

What is your favorite Knoxville memory?

My favorite Knoxville memory was watching Boomsday fireworks from the University of Tennessee campus.

What is your favorite book or what book is currently on your nightstand?

The Bible and All the Light We Cannot See are two books on my nightstand.

What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?

The most important thing you can do as a leader is to show up every day for your employees and be consistent in all things including attitude and expectations.

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Have fun and don't take yourself so seriously. There is plenty of time to do that.
