What is your vision for Knoxville 10 years from now?

My vision for Knoxville is to preserve its history while creating vibrant, walkable neighborhoods through thoughtful development, supporting local businesses, expanding housing opportunities, and building a city where people can live, work, and thrive.

What is Knoxville's Best Kept Secret?

Knoxville's best-kept secret isn't a place - it's the opportunity. It's a city where history, innovation, and community come together, and there's still room to make a lasting impact.

What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?

I'd strengthen Knoxville by expanding attainable housing, supporting local businesses, investing in walkable neighborhoods, preserving historic character, and creating partnerships that drive sustainable economic growth.

What is your favorite Knoxville memory?

What is your favorite book or what book is currently on your nightstand?

Favorite Book The Giving Tree/ Nightstand book is Autobiography of a Yogi

What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?

The best advice I received came from my mentor, Norman Anderson: be a man of your word, put family first, and never go to bed carrying anger. Simple lessons that have shaped how I live, do business, and treat people.

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Seize opportunity!
