I would really like to see a more diverse yet grounded community that honors our history and heritage.

What is Knoxville's Best Kept Secret?

I feel we are starting to really shine with our food scene, primarily from Blackberry Farm's culinary scene.

What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?

Continue to bring unique experiences to Knoxville that share products such as wine dinners, bourbon tastings and continue to work towards more economical and quality driven housing for our ever growing population.

What is your favorite Knoxville memory?

What is your favorite book or what book is currently on your nightstand?

I am not a big reader as I tend to fall asleep while still on the first page.

What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?

Continue to be the best version of yourself and help people as much as possible. Always focus on Integrity and honor. Patricia L. Purvis
