I don't think it's a secret any more but Ijams and our amazing network of trails.

Encourage and foster civil public discourse - If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.

Big Ears and 2017 total eclipse

Currently on my nightstand: Hidden Potential by Adam Grant

Build down time into your day.

Don't let self-doubt deter you - you can learn absolutely anything.
