By 2035, I envision Knoxville as a vibrant, affordable city with a thriving culture, sustainable growth, and strong community iniatives. Enhanced education and infrastructure boost livability and economic vitality, with lively arts and green spaces for all.

It's not as much of a secret anymore, but, I still say the "Urban Wilderness." As a mountain bike enthusiast, I remember traversing some of those "uncut" trails over 20 years ago. To see what it's turned into is amazing.

I would reintroduce and implement the "orange route." This would have diverted I-75 traffic from going straight through Knoxville/Knox county.

The World's Fair. A recent memory would be the Saturday in 2022 when UT beat Alabama. An end to a very long "drought."

Current book is "The Psychology of Money" by Morgan Housel

My high school baseball coach, Robby Howard. As a freshman, he asked me "how good do you want to be in baseball? How far do you want to go? Junior college, D1, major league? This determines how hard I will push you." To lead someone, you need their buy in.

Be extremely active/ track macronutrients/build strong relationships with family friends and those I admire. Be intentional and take calculated risks. Life is a "contact" sport.
