What is your vision for Knoxville 10 years from now?
I see Knoxville continuing to grow and thrive as a vital community in East Tennessee. As Knoxville continues to identify and address areas of opportunity, I expect that the leaders in the community will develop world-class offerings that improve the experience of living and working in Knoxville. These solutions will address the needs of the community and attract the positive attention of other cities around the world as best practices.
What is Knoxville's Best Kept Secret?
Knoxville's best kept secret is the miles of beautiful waterfront and waterways that are available to enjoy. They provide endless opportunities to relax and have fun.
What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?
Knoxville will continue to grow and thrive with a focus on diverse offerings. This can be in the areas of employment, education, housing or entertainment. Of course, I have an interest in improving the health of our communities. Access to healthy food, safe neighborhoods, and excellent health education and healthcare will be key to keeping Knoxville strong and thriving in the next 10 years.
