What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?

A mentor early on in my career told me mistakes will happen. The key is owing your mistakes and learning from them so you don't repeat them again.

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

You are your biggest cheerleader. Believe in yourself!
