I hope Knoxville is known not just for its growth, but for how we grew. I envision a city where business leaders, nonprofits, educators, and public officials work together to solve challenges and create opportunities for all residents.

As someone who has spent my career building relationships here, I'd say Knoxville best kept secret is that it's a place where one connection can lead to meaningful opportunities. People are willing to help and invested in the success of others.

I would focus on strengthening the workforce pipeline. Knoxville's growth depends on attracting, developing, and retaining talented people. By creating stronger partnerships between schools, colleges, employers, and community organizations we can prepare the next generation for successful careers while helping local businesses grow.
