My vision for Knoxville is a vibrant and thriving city where you can launch your career, grow a family, and eventually retire here. I envision Knoxville with thoughtful development, walkable neighborhoods, and affordable housing options. Knoxville will be known as one that welcomes innovation, celebrates culture, and feels like home. I hope to see young professionals choosing to stay and grow, while prospering in a city known for art, food, nature, and sports.

There is natural beauty always 15-20 minutes away in any direction - lakes, rivers, and hiking. Hidden Knoxville gems are Wild Love Bakery, Aretha Frankensteins, and Matt Rob's Biscuits.

I would approach Knoxville's growth with intention, preserving the qualities that make it such a special place to live and work. By encouraging more mixed use development in the commercial corridors, we can create greater connectivity and walkability. I also hope to help motivate and retain young professionals, keeping their talent and bright minds here, so they can grow and thrive in our city.

Too many to count - mainly having the opportunity to work with my father every day, playing volleyball for the University of Tennessee, and storming the field when UT beat Alabama in Neyland.
