What is your vision for Knoxville 10 years from now?

I hope Knoxville continues to grow with intention - creating opportunity while preserving the authenticity, natural beauty and strong sense of community that make it one of the best places to live, work and play.

What is Knoxville's Best Kept Secret?

Knoxville's greatest secret isn't a place - it's the people. It's a community where neighbors show up, leaders collaborate and strangers become friends. That's what makes this city truly special.

What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?

Help connect people with purpose. Some of the best ideas emerge when leaders from different backgrounds come together to listen, collaborate and solve problems that improve our community.

What is your favorite Knoxville memory?

What is your favorite book or what book is currently on your nightstand?

The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle

What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?

John Currie taught me that you can't expect everyone to work at your pace or your level. Great leaders meet people where they are, help them grow and build teams that succeed together.

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Worry less about proving yourself and more about becoming yourself. Trust your gut, take the leap and don't let fear of other people's opinions keep you from what's possible.
