The Jim Haslam Leadership Center was created to be a hub for leadership, learning, and community connection. As the home of Leadership Knoxville, the JHLC provides a space where individuals and organizations can come together to collaborate, host meetings and events, and engage in meaningful conversations that strengthen our region. Whether attending a Leadership Knoxville program or gathering with colleagues and community partners, visitors will find a place designed to inspire ideas, foster relationships, and serve Knoxville for years to come.

In 2025, a group of donors purchased the building to honor Jim Haslam and his legacy of Servant Leadership to Knoxville, the State of Tennessee and to our country. The JHLC reflects a shared vision of investing in people and partnerships to impact the Knoxville region

The Jim Haslam Leadership Center exists to strengthen our community by providing an inclusive space where leaders, organizations, and neighbors can gather to exchange ideas, build relationships, and inspire action. Through educational programming, community partnerships, and accessible meeting spaces, the Center serves as a hub for leadership development and civic impact.
